lol yes, I work at Walmart as an overnight stocker aha. Our store closes at midnight until 6am now, so I don't see as many people as I used too, but I do have a story to share!

I used to stock paper goods all the time, most of it went up and over the steel. So one day a kid was climbing on the paper towels under the steel and I kindly asked him to get off of it. His mother saw me do so and said, "If you want him to do something, tell me." So again, I asked her to ask him to stop playing on the steel for his own safely.
"Oh I KNOW! You already said THAT A MILLION TIMES!!" (Seriously only said it twice in the nicest way I can)
Her husband and her started coming onto me (like they were planning on hitting me or something, or at least it looked like it), and she asked me what my name was. I had my nametag on. I held my nametag and said my name (Tiffany). She looked at my nametag and looked at me, then said, I kid you not, "Are you sure?" I honestly looked at my nametag to check because I wasn't so sure after she had asked, like, really????
They started telling me that 'I' needed to leave, so ofc I did and told management the story because I seriously thought they were planning on hurting me or that they would try to make me lose my job. (So scared that I would lose my job OMG) But they never ended up going to management over it, and a joke got started at my job because if I was sure of my name or not.
